In the downpour, you quickly pointed us a few actions needed for home improvement. One can easily see that you are experienced in this field and you have a keen observation. You also have the talent of explaining complex matters using simple terms and analogies. You put me at ease to learn from you because I feel I can ask all kinds of questions without feeling embarrassed.
