Property Manager Success Stories: Saving the day – just in the nick of time

We recently got an urgent request from a local property manager who had suddenly realized that one of the many strata properties they were responsible for had a two-year warranty date that was about to expire at the end of the month. However, that date just happened to land on a long weekend and would need to be submitted well ahead of time to meet the deadline.

This property manager was understandably stressed out by the situation and was searching for professional help from someone who has knowledge and experience with New Home Warranties. Between them, they were able to collect all the data needed to write a warranty claim report, append the other trades’ reports and get these items in to all stakeholders before the end of the month and before the close of business before that long weekend.

We were just able to pull out all the stops in the nick of time and save the day by making this all come together in a matter of days before the end of that month.

Because they reached out to us, the property manager was able to solve this problem and relieve the stress of missing the warranty deadline and was able to enjoy some relaxing family time over the long weekend.
