So, what’s coming up?
ASTTBC (Applied Science Technologists & Technicians of BC) the certifying body for our professional association, established under an act of the provincial legislature many decades ago, is revising the name for home and property inspectors, from ‘BCIPI’ to “ASTTbc-PI”.
There will also be a new designation created imminently, for those of us who are members who create Depreciation Reports, as the BC government continues to tighten-up the rules for Strata complexes.
