Most realtors are great and true blue professionals! However, there are a few out there who are only concerned with closing a quick sale and not in protecting home buyers.
They may rave about a home’s good points while mentioning none of its flaws. You may spot them being evasive in answering your questions, saying “not to my knowledge”.
Over the years I’ve met many sad home owners, suffering the terrible sting of buyer’s remorse, wishing they had insisted upon an inspection.
